I’m Leandro Delmonte, and as the Founder of DreamDays, my journey spans more than 20 countries and 12 years of experience, learning from diverse cultures and human interactions. My travels have allowed me to cultivate a deep understanding of the way people connect, communicate, and respond to experiences across different environments.
Having played Soccer for over 20 years, I’ve learned the values of teamwork, persistence, and goal-oriented planning—traits that have naturally influenced how I lead DreamDays today. I believe that marketing is not just about strategies; it’s about creating moments that resonate with people's lives.
